Put AI to work.Keep authority in your hands.

NextOS is the AI operations platform that gives your agents their own logins to the systems you already run, runs locked routines on a schedule, and shows you every action they take.

What NextOS
actually does.

01 · Routines · Scripted. Locked. Approved.

Routines that run the tested version, every time.

A routine is a playbook with defined steps and approved systems. It's tested, approved, and frozen, then runs on schedule with no AI re-planning. Change a step and it becomes a new version that has to pass again.

  • Frozen, versioned playbooks
  • Approved systems only
  • Evidence for every step
02 · Logins · Kept signed in

Logins that stay working.

NextOS keeps each website login signed in all day. When a site signs an agent out, NextOS signs it back in, codes included, and records every step. Passwords stay in the workspace vault.

  • Signed back in automatically
  • No one types a password
  • Reliability you can see
03 · Sign-in · Codes included

Sign in to the systems your team already uses.

Give each agent its own login to your websites, even ones with no API. Authenticator and emailed codes are handled. When a person is truly needed, NextOS stops and says exactly why.

  • Dedicated assistant logins
  • Authenticator and email codes
  • Stops instead of guessing
04 · Take control · Live oversight

Watch the work. Take the wheel.

See every agent's screen live. Take control any time and the agent's browser actions pause. Hand it back and it picks up where you left off. Both moments are recorded.

  • Live agent screen
  • Agent pauses while you drive
  • Hand-off recorded in Audit
05 · Audit · Policy outside the prompt

Every action recorded. Every refusal explained.

Audit shows what each agent did and what policy refused, with the rule behind every decision. Rules live outside the prompt, so asking for more never authorizes more.

  • Every action, as it happens
  • Blocked actions with their rule
  • Filter by what didn't happen
06 · Needs attention · One inbox

One list for everything that needs a person.

Sign-ins, held payments, missing records. Each item opens exactly where it's fixed, and leaves the list once it's resolved.

  • Everything waiting, in one place
  • Opens where it's fixed
  • Resolved items leave a record
Why NextOS existsThe operational reality

Intelligence is only
part of the job.

A useful answer isn't a finished business process. Real work crosses applications, accounts, documents, and people. It has rules, exceptions, and consequences when the wrong record changes or an uncertain action is repeated.

NextOS was built for that reality: customer-specific workspaces, specialized agents, connected systems, observable routines, and human oversight.

The goal isn't to make people babysit every click. It's to make the scope of delegation clear, and the moments that need a person visible.

The differenceFive principles

Choose the intelligence.
Govern the work.

01

Choose the intelligence.

Don't build your operation around one model's personality. NextOS separates the work environment from the reasoning provider.

02

Grant access, not your perimeter.

Each agent gets its own logins and approved systems, and nothing else.

03

Make routine work a contract.

Run the version that was tested. A changed process is a changed process, not a new interpretation inside a model's reply.

04

Keep oversight close.

People can see the work and step in. Completed, failed, and unresolved work stay separate.

05

Expand on evidence.

Start with a real workflow, an approved boundary, and measurable acceptance criteria. Grow authority only when the results support it.

SovereigntyControl is more than a privacy setting

Define the boundary
before the intelligence.

Know where your systems run, where information is processed, who can act, and which outside services are involved. A private deployment accounts for the whole path: application, database, browsers, conversations, model inference, integrations, logs, and backups.

How NextOS runs today

Private AWS with Claude Opus on Bedrock

NextOS runs natively on AWS. Its agents use Anthropic's Claude Opus through Amazon Bedrock, reached over AWS private endpoints, with no third-party agent runtime in the path.

on-premises inference. Bedrock is an AWS-managed service, reached privately.

How it comparesThree different things

A model, an agent product,
an operations platform.

Enterprise security isn't unique to us. Good model providers and agent products offer real protections. What NextOS adds is operational workflows combined with your choice of deployment and authority.

QuestionsStraight answers
Is NextOS a language model?

No. NextOS is the operational layer around AI agents, connected systems, and governed workflows. Today its agents use Claude Opus through Amazon Bedrock, and the platform keeps the reasoning provider separate from the work environment.

Does an on-premises application mean no data leaves?

Not by itself. That depends on the complete configuration, including inference, conversation storage, integrations, and telemetry. A no-egress claim needs a validated no-egress architecture, and we'll tell you exactly what yours does.

Can NextOS use a frontier model privately?

Yes. NextOS runs Anthropic's Claude Opus through Amazon Bedrock, reached over AWS private endpoints. That's private cloud access inside AWS, not fully local inference on your own hardware.

Does NextOS replace our systems?

No. It works with your approved existing systems. Integration and workflow qualification determine what can be automated.

Can it run without supervision?

Qualified routines can run within their defined authority. Consequential actions, sign-in challenges, and exceptions get explicit handling, and unattended operation is proven workflow by workflow.

Is it automatically compliant?

No. Compliance depends on your deployment, agreements, controls, operating practices, and the data involved. A platform capability isn't a certification.
